What is used to obtain fluid once the animal is shaven and given lidocaine?

single needle or IV catheter
What may be used to help facilitate the removal of fluid?

fenestrated catheter
Post-procedure monitoring:VPACBM
- vitals
- pain
- abdominal distention
- continued bleeding
- bruising of centesis site
- measure the abdomin continuously
