- 2. Extrapyramidal effects (dystonic reactinos) area characterized by uncontrolled muscle twitching, lateral eye deviation, and feeling of a thick tounge due to phenothiazine (thorazine, compazine, antipsychotics, narcotic potentiators and antiemetics) overdose
