  1. Individualism
    A national culture attribute describing a loosely knit social framework in which people emphasize only the care of themselves and their immediate family
  2. Uncertainty avoidance
    A national culture attribute describes the extent to which a society feels threatened by uncertain and ambiguous situations and tries to avoid them
  3. Collectivism
    A national culture attribute that describes a tight social framework in which people expect others in groups of which they are a part to look after them and protect them
  4. Cognitive dissonance
    Any incompatibility between two or more attitudes or between behaviour and attitudes
  5. Voice
    Dissatisfaction expressed through active and constructive attempts to improve conditions
  6. Exit
    Dissatisfaction expressed through behaviour directed toward leaving the organization
  7. Attitudes
    Evaluative statements or judgement concerning objects, people, or events
  8. Organizational Commitment
    The degree to which an employee identifies with a particular organization and its goals, and wishes to maintain membership in the organization
  9. Cultural intelligence
    Ability to understand someone's gestures from another culture
  10. Hofstede
    Determined there are five dimensions of national culture
  11. Future Orientation
    Society rewards planning and investing in the future
  12. Employee engagement
    Individual's involvement, satisfaction, and enthusiasm for the work he or she does
