last 1 year. Abdominal examination reveals a hard golf ball size non tender
mass in left lower quadrant.

angle of scapula on the right side. She has a chronic history of intolerance to
greasy food. On examination, patient’s temperature is 100 degree F. She is
mildly icteric. Abdominal examination reveals tenderness in RUQ and Murphy’s
sign is positive.
