    • Prior to delivery of the baby

    • Hypotension
    • Subarachnoid bleeding
    • Cardiac Dysrhythmias
    • N/V
  6. Dosage (Adult)
    3-10 units IM after delivery of the placenta

    10-20 units in 1000ml of D5W/NS IV infusion titrate to severity of bleeding
