1. Maintain an open airway and appropriate spinal protection
2. Continue O2 therapy
3. Reassess breathing status
4. Treat for hemorrhagic shock
5. Control any external bleeding
6. Position the pt-flex up the legs unless lowere extremity injury
7. Stabilize an impaled object
8. Rapid transport

1. Expose the wound
2. Position the patient
3. Prepare a clean sterile dressing
4. Cover the moist dressing with an occlusive dressing
5. Administer high flow O2
