    • 4. Target protein use SH2 part to bind/activate

    • 1. HER2 GENE- HIGH HER2 PROTEIN is Tyrosine K.
    • overexpression = HIGH cell division/cancer
    • 2. Herceptin bind HER2 Receptor on cell
    • 3. No Autophosp/signalling
    • ALSO- Stimulate immune response kill cells with Herceptin bound.
