Why do any lesions like in labia minora look white?
It is because of hyperkeratosis
Diagnose the lesion?
Molluscum contagiosum – it is caused by POX virus - centrally umbilicated tumors of the skin, rather than pox like vesicular tumors.
These lesions are present in children, sexually active adults and immunodeficient patients.

: Latin molluscum - soft + contagiosum (neuter of contagiosus "contagious")]
Diagnose the lesion?
Condylma acccuminata – benign cauliflower anogenital lesion without malignant predisposition – accuminata means no need to worry.
Where are Bartholins gland located?
At about 4:30 and 7:30 of the vagina.
What is management of Bartholins gland?
Marsupialization
What is the diagnosis?
Valvular intraepithelial neoplasia
What is the differential diagnosis if you find pruritic valvular lesion?
Preinvasive or invasive valvar carcinoma – send for biopsy.
