    To manage acute hypertensive crisis

    • Heart Blocks
    • Cardiogenic Shock

  5. Precautions and Side Effects
    • Headache
    • Dizziness
    • Bradycardia
    • Hypotension
  6. Dosage (Adult)
    20mg slow IV/IO; repeat at 40-80mg every 10mins as needed up to 300mg total dose.

    2mg/min up to 300mg
