Progressive Discipline

  1. Counseling Interview Memorandum
    Memorandum utilized to clarify verbal agreements and possible behavior changes between a supervisor and a subordinate.  It is used to memorialize any counseling or formal discussion with a subordinate.
  2. Confirmation of Verbal Reprimand Memorandum: 
     Memorandum utilized to notify a subordinate that their performance or behavior must be improved.  This memorandum is generally given to a subordinate when counseling has failed to produce desired results.
  3. Employee Consultation Report
    Memorandum utilized to advise a subordinate of a deficiency in their performance and offer the employee an opportunity for improvement.  It is considered a formal notice that further disciplinary action will be taken unless their behavior or performance improves.
