Skeletal and respiratory muscle relaxant. Complete paralysis within 30 - 60 seconds, persists for 2 - 3 minutes. Effects fade and return to normal within 6 minutes. Begins in eyelids and jaw, then limbs, ABD, diaphragm & intercostal muscles.
No effect on consciousness!

Penetrating eye injury
Hx of narrow-angle glaucoma
Administer only by persons experienced with its use
Fxs reported in children
