Amiodarone is and antidysrhythmic that prolongs the duration of the action of the potential and refractory peroid and relaxes smooth muscles, reducing peripheral vascular resistance and increasing coronary blood flow.

VF/Pulse-less VT dose 300mg IV/IO repeat dise at 150mg after 3-5 mins

Wide Complex tachycardia dose 150mg IV/IO over 10 mins

Post resuscitation maintenance dose 1mg/min IV/IO for 6 hours

Max Dose 2g IV/ IO over 24 hour period
