  6. Dosage (Adult)
    VF/Pulse-less VT dose 300mg IV/IO repeat dise at 150mg after 3-5 mins

    Wide Complex tachycardia dose 150mg IV/IO over 10 mins

    Post resuscitation maintenance dose 1mg/min IV/IO for 6 hours

    Max Dose 2g IV/ IO over 24 hour period
