  1. Symbiosis
    association of 2 species, primarily for food getting on the part of one or both members of the group
  2. Commensalism
    association that is beneficial to one partner and the other is neither benefited nor injured
  3. Mutualism
    type of commensalism where associations are beneficial to both organisms
  4. parasitism
    symbiotic relationship where one animal (the host) is to some degree injured through activities of the other animal (the parasite). one species lives upon or within the other and has a metabolic dependence on the species
