What is exercise and sport biomechanics The study of forces and their effects on humans  in exercise and sport. What is inertia The property of an object to resist changes in its motion. Heavier objects have ore inertia  but the measure of inertia is not weight. Mass is the measure of inertia, whereas weight is the measure of the force of gravity action on an object. What is Kinesiology The study of Human Movement; Study of Movement. What is Mass Is the measure of inertia (the property of an object to resist changes in its motion). What is Mechanics The analysis of forces and their effects; is the science concerned with the effects of forces action on objects; objects being human and the implements they may be manipulating in sports and exercise.
