• The Cerebrum the largest part of the forebrain,
• Diencephalan, thalamus and hypothalmus

The stemlike portion that connect the cerebrum to the pons and cerebellum is termed the midbrain

Cerebellum, pons, medulla oblongota make up the hindbrain

• Longitudinal sulcus (interhemispheric fissure)
• Seperates the cerebrum into right and left hemispheres

Copus callosum inferior to the longitudinal sulcus

Cerebellum, is seperated from the cerebrum by deep transverse cleft. Pg 2
