Anatomic criteria for transport to LTH
- Spinal cord injury with paraplegia or quadriplegia
- Penetrating injury to head, neck, groin
- Amputation above the wrist or ankle

Physiolgical criteria for transport to LTH
- GCS > 10 for trauma reasons
- with pulse, BP or respriations out of normal ranges

- Complete airway obstruction
- No spontaneous respirations
- No palpable carotid pulses
