- 6) When full forward, unable to maintain 110 up, recover using OCF procedures
-
90o Nose High Departure
- 1) 300-350 KIAS, above 14000'
- 2) Pull to 17 units

- 6) When a/s decreases below 85 KIAS, recover using OCF procedures
-
Lateral Stick Adverse Yaw Departure
- 1) 275 KIAS, 15o nose up
- 2) 80 - 90 AOB
- 3) IDLE
- 4) At 250 KIAS, full aft stick 28-30 units AOA
- 5) Reverse direction with full opposite aileron and maintain full aft stick
- 6) A/C should depart opposite applied aileron
- 7) Recover using OCF procedures

When to execute:
Overhead Stuck Throttle Approach
Straight-in Stuck Throttle Approach
Overhead: less than 300 KIAS, 88-89%, 1700pph
Straight-in: greater than 300 KIAS, 88-89%, 1700pph
-
Stuck Throttle Approach
- 1) Throttle - do not attempt to reset
- 2) Altitude - stabilize at 10K MSL if practical
- 3) Anti-Skid - Off
-
Straight-in Stuck Throttle Approach
1) A/S - below 200 KIAS using SB, nose att, and load factor
2) LG, flaps, and SB - as required to maintain a/s below 200 KIAS
3) 3o glideslope (300' / mile)
4) No lower than on-speed, attempt short-field arrestment, if available
5) A/S above 150 KIAS, FSOH pull at calculated altitude
6) A/S below 150 KIAS, FSOH pull at touchdown
-
Calculated FSOH shutdown altitude
- 50' AGL - 160 KIAS
- 100' AGL - 170 KIAS
- 150' AGL - 180 KIAS
- 200' AGL - 190 KIAS
-
Overhead Stuck Throttle
1) A/S - below 200 KIAS using SB, nose att, and load factor
2) LG, flaps, and SB - as required to maintain a/s below 200 KIAS
3) Execute Overhead PA, attempt short field arrestment
4) When established in landing flare - FSOH pull
