What is peritoneal dialysis?

Large amounts of specially formulated dialysis fluid are infused into and out of the abdominal cavity.
What is hemodialysis?

Pt. blood circulates through a dialysis machine that functions in the same way as the kidneys.
What is hemataschezia?

Blood in stool
