• Noise-anything that interferes with tranmision and reception of a message . 3 types of noise can disruot communication
• -External noise- include thoes factors outside the reciever that makes it difficult to hear, as well as other kinds of distration ^{ex:  to much cigarette smoke in a crowded room might make it hard for you to pay attetion to another person.}

 Physilogical noise- involves biological  factors in the receiver that interferes with accurate reception.^{ex: hearing loss, illness, and so on.}

psycologial noise makes it less affective to communicate.
