- 1) a structure or vechile that is adapted for the over night accomidation of person includes:
- A) each separately secured or occupied portion of the struture or vechile
- B) each struture appurtenant to or connected with the struture or vechile

any struture or enclosure intended for use or occupation as a habitation or for some person

- 1) real property
