- Portable voice recorders;
- Hearing aids;
- Heart pacemakers;
- Electric shavers; or
- Any other portable electronic device that the operator of the aircraft has determined will not cause interference with the navigation or communication system of the aircraft on which it is to be used.
What Preflight action is required for an IFR flight or a flight not in the vinicity of an airport?
- Weather reports and forecasts,
- Fuel requirements,
- Alternatives available if the planned flight cannot be completed,
- and any known traffic delays of which the pilot in command has been advised by ATC;
