    Glass liquid measuring cup using rubber scraper to remove if liquid is thick

    Liquid fats use glass liquid measurer. Solid fats most accurately weighed, use pre-measured sticks, or dry measuring untensils if needed
  6. How measure flour?
    Best to weigh unless sifted because it packs easily. Can spoon sifted flour into measure or sift flour into measure directly
  7. How to measure granulated sugar, brown sugar, and confectioner's sugar?
    • Granulated- dry measurers
    • Brown- does pack ""
    • Confectioner's- lumps should be mashed and then sugar is sifted like flour.
