Costicosteriods
- Budesonide (Rhinocort): systemic antiinflammatory; effect is not immediate
- Mometasone (Nasonex)
- Fluticasone (Flonase)
Mast cell Stabilizers (MDI)

Cromolyn SPRAY (NasalCrom): inhibits degranulation of mast cells (occur after exposure)
