4th,5th,6th, 8th Amendment

4th amendement- the right of people to be secure in their persons houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable  searches ans seizures.

5th amendment- no person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime, ( self incrimination/ double jeopardy, taken away  talk to much)

6th amendment- In all criminal  prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trail by an impartia jury of state and district. ( right to consel/ fair trail )

8th amendment- excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unsual punishments inflicted.( cruel punishment )
