Arbitration

A person bringing a civil action to court.

Guilty Mind (You knew that what you were doing was wrong.)

Guilty Act (You committed the crime)
Prosecution
The person responsible for presenting a case that an alleged offender has committed an offence.

A person against whom either a criminal or civil matter is taken to court; a person charged with a criminal offence in court.
Indictable
Serious offences that are heard before a judge and jury.
Criminal Law
Regulates behaviour between an individual and the community.

Rules recognised as binding on all members of the community.

Summary
A minor offence to be heard in the Magistrate's Court.
Precedent
An example that is used to justify similar occurrences at a later time.
