    What is in the best interest and benfit to an individual.
  4. Need hierarchy?
    The theory that behavior is determined b a progression of physical, social, and psychological needs, including lower and higher-order needs.
  5. Theory X?
    The set of assumptions of how to manage individuals who are motivated by lower-social needs.
