  2. What cockpit emergency equipment do we have?
    3 oxygen masks, 3 smoke goggles, 1 PBE, 1 fire extinguisher, 1crash axe, 2 flashlights, 3 life vests, 3 headsets, 2 escape ropes, oxygen bottle on.
  3. How long is the airworthiness sign off valid for?
    14 calendar days. Counting starts the day after the inspection .
  4. What types of MELs and how long are they valid til?
    • A, not extendable
    • B, 3calendar days
    • C, 10calendar days
    • D, 120 calendar days, not extendable.
    • R, RVSM specified time.
    • CDLs, anything missing from the plane.
  5. What are the required release briefing items?

  6. WHEN MUST YOU GET A.NEW RELEASE?

    • A FLIGHT THAT HAS RETURNED TO DEPARTURE CITY.
    • FLIGHT DELAYED MORE THAN TWO HOURS FROM AUTHORIZED DEPT TIME.

    • CHANGE OF DESTINATION IF NOT ENROUTE.
    • SPECIFIC CONDITION THAT CAN'T BE MET.

    • ENROUTE AND WANT TO CHANGE DESTINATION OR ALTERNATE AIRPORT.

    With captain less than 100 hours fo no flying.
    Sic will not make a takeoff during visibility conditions of RVR 4000 OR 3/4 AM OR LESS.
    CAPTAIN WILL FLY IN AND OUT OF KEY WEST.

    Add 100 and 1/2 to approaches.
    Operating into special.airports.
    Vis below 3/4 of a mile.
