Postop fevers
- POD 1-2: Atelectasis or PNA. Tx with vanc and tazobactam-piperacillin
- POD 3-5: UTI
- POD 5-7: DVT, thrombophlebitis
- POD 7: Wound infection, cellulitis
- POD 8-15: Drug fever or deep abscess
