• Diagnostics
• H & P
• H. Pylori tests
• Endoscopy
• CBC
• Occult Blood
• Biopsy

• Bed Rest
• NPO
• IVF
• Antiemetics
• ADAT
• Monitor for bleeding (vomit/stool)
• Antacids, H2 blockers, PPI’s (same as with GERD)
• Antibiotics for H. Pylori
• B₁₂ Cobalamin therapy
