Spanish two verbs

  1. deber + infinitive

    "Debo salir la oficina."
    To ought to do something.

    "I ought to leave the office" 
  2. poder + infinitive

    "Podemos ver la luz." 
    To be able to / can

    "We can see the light." 
  3. querer + infinitive

    "Ella quiere ser lingüista." 
    To want to do something

    "She wants to be a linguist." 
  4. ir + a + infinitive

    "Voy a leer el periódico"
    "Van a ir a ver la película."
    To be going to do something

    • "I'm going read the newspaper."
    • "They want to go see the movie."
