    • Carbohydrates,proteins,fats,vitamins,
    • minerals,fibre and water.
  2. What is a balanced diet?
    A balanced diet is where you eat a whole different range of foods instead of just the same food.
  3. What is the metabolic rate?
    A metabolic rate is how fast you digest your food.
  4. Why do people who are very thin and some people who are obese,suffer from deficiency diseases?
    By eating too much of the same food your diet isnt sufficient enough to keep you from at risk of catching other diseases.
  5. Why are people who exercise regularly usually healthier than people who take little exercise?
    They are usually less healthy because they dont burn of their calories and dont stay motivated.

    • Once bacteria and viruses are inside your body the reproduce rapidly,making you ill.
    • Sometimes they directly damage your cells or either release toxins.

    Ignaz Semmelweis was who found out that more and more people were dying in labour because the doctor who had delivered it never washed there hands before.
  8. How do White Blood Cells work?
    White blood cells take in pathogens,destroying them so they cant make you ill,some white blood cells copy a certain pathogen then it is unlikey that it will get into your body and make you ill again.

    Alexander left his lids on the side whilst on holiday and then when he came back he notice that the bacteria is quite far away from the main bacteria.

    methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus
  11. Give one advantage of being vaccinated?
    Protects you from some certain diseases.
  12. Give one dis-advantage on being vaccinated?
    the bacteria could become immune.
