    patients with asthma, ASA sensitiveness, or nasal polyps have increased risk of hypersensitivity; contact office if blurry vision or ringing in ears (toxic), black stools, flulike symptoms; changes in pee, increased weight, edema, increased joint pain, fever, bloody pee (kidney damage); avoid with ASA, steroids and booze; may increase risk of MI or stroke

    do not give if R<12; avoid with booze, CNS depressants; withdrawal symptoms may occur-nausea, vomiting, cramps, fever, faintness, anorexia; physical dependency may result from long-term use
