Function: proprioception, fine touch, 2 point discrimination, weight discrimination, vibration and sterognosis (ability to recognize size, shape, and texture of an object)

Origin: posterior gray horn-fibers cross
Termination: thalamus
Function: pain and temperature

Origin: posterior gray horn- fibers cross
Termination: thalamus
Function: crude touch and pressure

Origin: posterior gray horn- fibers do not cross
Termination: cerebellum
Function: kinesthetic or subconscious proprioception

Origin: posterior gray horn- some fibers cross and some do not cross
Termination: cerebellum
