- 1. Oxygen Masks and Regulators.................ON/100%
- 2. Crew Communications.............................Establish

WARNING HORN (INTERMITTENT) OR WARNING LIGHT-CABIN ALTITUDE OR TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION
- If an intermittent warning horn sounds or the CABIN ALTITUDE warning light (if installed and operative) illuminates at an aircraft altitude above 10,000 feet MSL:
- 1. Oxygen Masks and Regulators...................ON/100%
- 2. Crew communications................................Establish
- 3. Accomplish the Cabin Altitude Warning/Abnormal Pressurization memory items and checklist.
- If an intermittent warning horn sounds or the TAKEOFF CONFIG warning light (if installed and operative) illuminates on the ground:
- Assure proper takeoff configuration

1. Start Lever...............................................Cutoff

REJECTED TAKEOFF
- Simultaneously:
- 1. Thrust levers............................................Close
- 2. Wheel Brakes..........................................Max
- Without Delay:
- 3. Speedbrake lever.....................................Up
- 4. Thrust Reversers......................................Max

ENGINE LIMIT/SURGE/STALL
1. Thrust lever..............................Retard to maintain limits

DUAL ENGINE FAILURE
- 1. Start Switches..........................................Flt
- 2. Start Levers.............................................Cutoff
- EGT decreasing:
- 3. Start Levers.............................................Idle
- If EGT exceeds 930 degrees C
- Repeat above steps, as required

ENGINE OVERHEAT
- 1. Thrust lever..............................................Close
- If OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
- Accomplish the Engine Fire/Severe Damage/Separation/Seizure Memory items and checklist

APU FIRE
- 1. APU Fire warning switch..................pull, rotate, hold 1 sec
- 2. APU switch..............................................OFF

AIRSPEED UNRELIABLE
- 1. Aircraft attitude/thrust...............................adjust
- 2. Pitot heat..................................................confirm ON
- 3. Mach/Airspeed indicators.........................crosscheck
-
ENGINE FIRE/SEVERE DAMAGE/SEPARATION/SEIZURE
- 1. Thrust lever...............................................close
- 2. Start lever.................................................cutoff
- 3. Engine Fire Warning Switch.......................Pull
- If the fire warning light or OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
- Engine Fire Warning Switch.................rotate L or R and
- hold 1 second
- If, after 30 secs, the engine fire warning light or OVERHEAT light remains illuminated:
- Engine Fire Warning Switch.................Rotate to remaining
- bottle and hold 1 second

SMOKE/FIRE/FUMES/ ON THE AIRCRAFT
- 1. Oxygen Masks and Regulators.................ON/100%
- 2. Smoke goggles (if required)......................ON

LAVATORY SMOKE/FIRE
- 1. Oxygen Masks and Regulators.................ON/100%
- 2. Smoke goggles (if required)......................ON

RUNAWAY STABILIZER
- 1. Control column........................................Hold firmly
- 2. Autopilot (if engaged)...............................disengage
- If runaway stabilizer continues:
- 3. Stabilizer trim cutout switches...................CUTOUT
- If runaway stabilizer continues:
- 4. Stabilizer trim wheel.................................Grasp and hold

UNCOMMANDED ROLL (SPINDLE FAILURE)
- 1. Autopilot (if engaged)...............................Disengage
- 2. Maintain control of the aircraft with all availble flight controls. If roll is uncontrollable, immediately reduce pitch/ AOA and increase airspeed. Do not attempt to maintain altitude until control is recovered.
- 3. Thrust............................................verify symmetrical
- 4. Go-around.....................................initiate
