    Distress Aircraft always has the right of way over any other aircraft
  2. CONVERGING
    The aircraft to the other right has the right of way
  3. AIRSHIPS
    Airships have the right of way over powered-parachute, weight shift control aircraft, airplane and rotorcraft
  4. AIRCRAFT TOWING OR REFUELING
    An aircraft towing or refueling has the right of way over all engine driven airplanes
  5. APPROACHING ANOTHER AIRCRAFT HEAD ON
    Both pilots will alter their course right
  6. OVERTAKING
    An aircraft being overtaken has the right of way, the over taking plane shall alter course to the right of the plane they are overtaking to pass well clear. The slower aircraft keeps their right of way.
  7. LANDING AIRCRAFT
    Landing aircraft has the right of way over others in flight or on surface.
