Heart failure, hypotension, anorexia, nausea, malaise/fatigue, tremors, pulmonary toxicity, ventricular ectopic beats

Adult dose
- V-Fib/Pulseless V-Tach 300mg IVP then after 5 min 150mg IVP
- V-Tach w/ pulses 150mg over 10 min (15mg/min)

450mg IV bolus or 2.2g in 24 hrs
