Precautions/side effects
Tachycardia, hypertension, palpitations, headache, dizziness, nausea, anxiety, dry mouth, blurred vision, pupillary dilation, urinary retention (older men)
Adult dose
Bradycardia 0.5mg every 3-5 min
Organophosphate poisoning 2-5 mg
Pedi dose
Bradycardia 0.02mg/kg
Organophosphate poisoning 0.05mg/kg
Max dose
Adult 3mg
Pedi 1mg
