    puts on the primer strand (RNA)
  10. what is DNA polymerase III?
    adds nucleotides in (one by one in the leading strand and in sections in the lagging strand)
  11. what are okazaki fragments?
    sections of nucleotides
  12. what does DNA ligase do?
    joins okazaki fragments
