  1. What is Isostatic lift?
    Localised change in sea level relative to the land
  2. How is Isostatic lift formed?
    This is caused by the massive weight on a landmass which casued it to sink. Overtime as the temperature increased and the ice melted, the weight of ice droppped and parts of land began to rise out of the sea.
  3. What is Eustatic sea level change?
    Worldwide sea level change
  4. What is an estuary?
    the area of a river mouth which is affected by sea tides.
  5. What are rias?
    drowned river valleys
  6. What are fjords?
    Drowned glacial valleys.
