    Can block/reduce Methotrexate = increase folic acid via reduced folate
  6. Bleomycin Toxicity's
    pneumonities & pulmonary fibrosis
  7. Azathiorine
    • Used in organ transplantation = kidney allografts
    • Allopurinol can increase its activity by (-) its biotransformation to xanthine oxidase
  8. MOPP
    • Chemotherapy used in the tx of Hodgkin's Disease
    • M = Mechlorethamine - nitrogen mustard
    • O = Oncovin (Vincristine) - prevents microtubule assembly
