    stimlate relse of insulin (work best with A1c<8/5), 30min before meal, safe on renal and liver ***Antifungals and macrolides increase levels of repaglinide**Gemfibrozil and repglinide may lead to hypoglycemia
  10. Thiazolidinedions: Rosiglitazone, Pioglitazone
  11. Alpha-Glucosidase inhibitor, Acarbose
    inhibits absorbson of glucose, TID after first bit of meal ***interacts Charcole, Digoxin, Propranolol, Ranitidine***
  12. Pramlinitide
    contorls postprandial hyperglycemia by slowing gastric emptying SQ 15min before meals
  13. Exenatide
    SQ 60min AC promotes insulin secretion, may decrease absorption of PO drugs
