    First, you peel the hard-boiled egg.

    Then you cut the egg in half with a knife.

    You scoop the yolk into a bowl.

    Then you smash the yolk with a fork.

    Next, you add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Then you scoop the yolk back into the egg and sprinkle with paprika.

    Now they're ready to be eaten.
