Ascends long the medial aspect of lower leg, intersecting SP Channel @ Sanyinjiao SP6, then continues to ascend anterior to SP Channel to an area 8cun above the medial malleolus, where it crosses & continues posterior to SP Channel up to
knee & the medial aspect of thigh.

- Continues to pubic region via Chongmen SP12 & Fushe SP13 where it encircles the genitals, then ascends to enter the lower ABD where it intersects the Conception Vss @ Qugu REN2, Zhongji REN3, & Guanyuan REN4.

Continues upwards to curve round the ST before entering the LR & connecting with GB.
