  2. Net Public debt
    National debt minus all goverment interagency borrowing
  3. Debt ceilling
    A legislated legal limit on the national debt
  4. Internal National Debt
    The portion of the national debt owed to a nation's own citizen.
  5. External national debt
    The portion of the national debt owed to foreing citizen
