  2. Pronator Teres (goes towards med. epicondyle)
    • Tension = Prox. + med
    • *can reverse tension @ prox. attach.
    • Mvt - Pron/Flex (elbow) -> Supin/Ext (elbow)
  3. Flexor Digitorum w/ Pronator Teres
    • Tension = Prox. + med
    • *Shift tension sup towards end of mvt
