• Dellusions and Hallucinations are present
• disorganized behavior, affective flattening are absent

immobile or exhibit agitated, purposeless movement

Psychotic symptoms are present, but criteria for paranoid, disorganized, or catonic are not met

Postive symptoms are present at low intensity

• Genetic Variations in DA receptoms 1,2, and 4
• Chromosome 22 deletion (COMT polymorphism)

• D2 antagonists

• (relieve negative symptoms)

• Sedation
