    • 2.5 oz chicken

    Coat chicken in hot sauce. Put lettuce, chicken, red onion and blue cheese on wrap, top with two lines of ranch.

    • 1/2 oz Spinach ( Bake again for 2 minutes)

    • Rinse under cold water
    • Fill 12 oz plastic cup
  26. Yogurt Parfait
    • 5 oz Dannon yogurt
    • 1 oz strawberries
    • 1 oz peaches
    • 2 oz granola
    • Fill 12 oz cup with one layer yogurt, then strawberries, then yogurt, then peaches, then yogurt than granola.
