  1. deltoid
    abduct the arm, medially rotates at the shoulder joint
  2. biceps brachii
    • flexes forearm at the elbow joit
    • supinates forearm
  3. brachialis
    flexes forearm at the elbow joint
  4. brachioradialis
    flexes forearm at the elbow joint
  5. extensor carpi radialis longus
    extends and abducts hand at wrist joint
  6. extensr carpi radialis brevis
    extends and abducts hand at the wrist joint
  7. abductor pollicis longus
    abducts and extends thumb at wrist joint
  8. extensor digiti minimi
    extends proximal pinkey phalanx
  9. extensor digitorum
    extends distal and middle phalangies of fingers
  10. extensor carpi ulnaris
    extends and adducts hand at wrist joint
  11. flexor carpi radialis
    flexes and abducts hand at the wrist joint
