I should understand respect comes in three forms:
SELF, EARNED and GIVEN.

I MUST UNDERSTAND, Alpha Lambda Zeta Fraternity, Incorporated
doesn’t have to GIVE me RESPECT

if I don’t EARN IT!
Only I can determine what this means to me.

As a trainee of this fraternity
I must ask myself

have I EARNED THE RESPECT of Alpha Lambda Zeta today?
