  2. nasal mucosa with viral rhinitis
    red and swollen
  3. nasal mucosa with allergic rhinitis
    bluish, pale or red
  4. inspection of nasal mucosa
    • note: color
    • presence of exudate (clear, mucopurulent, purlent)
    • swelling
    • bleeding
